Pay creators a commission on their sales

In a Creator Operations project, each creator can have a commission plan. Commissions are worked out from the store orders their discount codes brought, after refunds, and a person approves every payment.

Steps

  1. Open the project's commerce panel and propose a plan for a creator: a percentage, a fixed amount per order, or both; the days an order waits for refunds; and the smallest payment.
  2. A person approves the terms. A change to the plan sends it back for approval.
  3. Each order becomes a line: waiting out the hold, ready to approve, approved, paid, reversed by a full refund, or held for review when the creator bought it themself.
  4. When enough is ready, approve the statement shown. It is bound to exactly those lines; if an order or a refund arrived meanwhile, you are asked to look again.
  5. Pay the creator with your own provider, then record the payment's reference here. A refund after approval comes back as a deduction on the next statement.
  6. Commissions are internal costs: a role that cannot see costs cannot see them. Nothing here sends money.
  7. MCP: on EmailPro creator_commissions reads the ledger and creator_commission_plan_draft proposes a plan; on Brand My Inbox crm_creator_commissions and crm_propose_commission_plan do the same. Approving and recording payments are a person's acts on the screen.

Questions

What if an order carries two creators' codes?
It earns nobody a commission until a person settles it, the same rule the sales summary uses.
