Every plan includes ticket support. These are for when you would rather someone just did it — bought once, no subscription, and quoted before any work starts.

There is no uptime guarantee. Every provider has outages and we are not an exception. Mail is built to tolerate them — a sending server retries for hours, so a short outage delays messages rather than losing them. Support is by ticket, and response speed varies by plan. The full list of what we do not do.
Contractual service level
Available as a separate agreement with defined availability targets, response commitments and remedies, from $5,000 per month. That price reflects the on-call staffing an actual guarantee requires — it is not a premium on the same service. If you need one, talk to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet what you need.
Ask about an SLAUp to 50% off any eligible plan. We verify eligibility by hand rather than running an automated check — a student email address or your organisation's registration number is enough — and then send you a code to use at checkout. It applies to renewals too, for as long as you remain eligible.
