Add sales details to your products

The products your quotes use can also carry sales details: offer type, manually stated availability, a reviewed purchase link and the terms a buyer should read.

Steps

  1. Open a deal, go to Quotes and open Product catalogue and sales details. People who can change deals can add and edit; others can read.
  2. Enter the name, SKU, price and currency. The price is stored exactly in minor units (agorot or cents), never rounded through a decimal.
  3. Choose the offer type (physical, digital, or an external recommendation or affiliate link) and the availability you state. Availability is entered by hand; it is not live inventory.
  4. Add a purchase destination only as a public HTTPS address. It is opened by the buyer's browser and never fetched by our servers. An external affiliate link needs a disclosure.
  5. Add delivery or access details and return and cancellation terms. Saving does not publish a site, create checkout, deliver digital files or pay affiliates.
  6. If someone changed the product since you opened it, including a price edit from the quote form, saving asks you to reload so an old price is never written back.
  7. Brand My Inbox MCP: crm_save_product (leads:write, deal-write role) with expected_commerce_version. EmailPro MCP: crm_create_product can include commerce details when creating; editing them is in the dashboard.

Questions

Will a product with sales details appear on my site?
Not by itself. It is ready to be used in a site or email draft you review; nothing is published by saving it.
