Dashboards, the wall screen and scheduled reports
Build dashboards from 15 ready metrics, share them by role, put one on an office screen with a link, and email reports on a schedule. Everyone sees the numbers of the records they may see.
Steps
- Open Deals → Dashboards. Sales overview and Team activity are ready the first time. New dashboard starts as Only me; Duplicate makes your own copy.
- Edit layout → Add a widget: what to show (deals won, win rate, open pipeline value, lead sources, answered in time, campaign sends and more), how to group it, the chart (number, line, bars, stacked bars, funnel, table, leaderboard), the period and filters. The preview uses your numbers.
- Drag a widget by its grip, or focus the grip and use the arrow keys to move it and Shift with the arrows to resize it. Removing or duplicating a widget offers Undo, and every chart can be shown as a table.
- Share → Who can open it: Only me, the whole team, or some roles.
- Wall display (EmailPro, owners and admins): a name, the language, up to five more dashboards to rotate, when it turns off, then Make the link. Copy it now: it is shown once. On the office screen it refreshes every minute, and Turn off stops it at the next refresh.
- Scheduled reports (EmailPro): the whole dashboard or one widget, every day, week or month at a set hour, as CSV or XLSX, to members of the workspace. The file is attached to the email, or, if you choose, the email holds a link to it that works for 7 days. Either way each person gets only what they may see.
Questions
- If I share a dashboard, do colleagues see my numbers?
- No. Sharing shares the questions, not your answers: each person sees the numbers of the records they may see, and each report is computed for its recipient the same way. Only the dashboard's owner and admins can change it.
- What does the wall show about people?
- The numbers as the person who made the link sees them, with no customer names and no email addresses; team members appear as Agent 1, Agent 2 unless you chose to show first names. The link stops working if its maker leaves the workspace.
- Can I ask for a widget in words?
- Yes. Ask the CRM, for example "won deals by owner this quarter". It proposes a widget; you pick a dashboard you can change and press Add to the dashboard. It never adds one by itself.
- Who can send reports to colleagues?
- Owners and admins. Everyone else schedules reports to themselves. A report with nothing in it is skipped unless you switch that off, and every report has its own unsubscribe.
- Is this in Brand My Inbox too?
- Yes, under Deals, Dashboards: build, share and add widgets. Your AI assistant (MCP) can also list and read dashboards, create one, and add, change or remove widgets, with your role and the records you may see. The wall screen and scheduled reports are in EmailPro.
