An electronic signature under the Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001. It is not a secure electronic signature in the meaning of that law, and no certification authority is involved. The certificate page records who signed, when, from which address and browser, and exactly which file they were shown.

Can I take a link back?

Yes. Withdraw the request while it is waiting, and the signer's page says it was withdrawn. While a request waits, the document cannot get a new version.

Can an automation or an AI assistant send a document for signature?

No. Only a person makes a signing link, on the record, and nothing sends it. Automations can start when a document is filed or signed.

Documents and electronic signature on the record

Keep files on contacts, deals and companies with categories, fields and versions, and ask for an electronic signature on a PDF through a link you send yourself.

Steps

On a contact, deal or company, drop a file on the Documents card or press Upload a file (on a phone, also Take a photo). PDF, images, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or CSV, up to 20 MB; every file is checked before it is saved.
Give it a category (Contract, ID, Invoice, Proposal, Other, or your own), a title and its own fields. A suggested category and title may appear after the upload; nothing changes until you press Use the suggestion.
New version adds a version beside the old one, so nothing is overwritten. Open and Download make a link that works for five minutes. A deleted document can be restored with Undo.
On the newest version of a PDF, press Ask for a signature: the signer's full name, an optional email, the language of the signing page and how many days the link works (14 by default, up to 90). Then Create the signing link.
Copy the link: it is shown only this once and nothing has been sent. Send it from the record's email or WhatsApp. The signer opens the PDF, types or draws a signature, agrees to sign electronically and signs, or declines with a reason.
The signed copy is saved as the next version: the original file unchanged, plus a certificate page with the original's SHA-256, the signer, the time, the IP address and the browser. Whoever asked gets an email when it is signed or declined.
