The lead-partner portal

Give each lead supplier its own portal where it sees only its own leads, partly hidden, with their status and outcome, can appeal a lead you marked invalid, and reads a monthly statement.

Steps

  1. Settings → Lead partners → New partner. In its details set the contact emails, the price per accepted lead, the days to appeal an invalid lead (14 by default) and whether the monthly statement is emailed on the 1st (off by default).
  2. Under Where its leads come from, link your forms, a source name or a Meta lead form, and save. Earlier leads from those sources are added. A person the business already had is a duplicate: never billed and never shown to the partner.
  3. Choose What the partner sees. By default: first name, city, status, outcome, why it did not close and the delivery date. Email and phone stay partly hidden unless you allow them.
  4. Invite the partner's people with an email and a language, and give them the portal address. Revoke signs one person out at once; Sign everybody out ends all of the partner's sessions.
  5. On a lead that came from a partner, Mark invalid with a reason (the partner sees the reason, never your note). Decide appeals under Appeals: an accepted appeal makes the lead count and bill again, a rejected one keeps it invalid.
  6. For the partner: open the portal, type your email and press Send me a link. The link works once, for 15 minutes; press Sign in now. Your leads has filters and Download CSV, an invalid lead can be appealed with the reason it is valid, and Monthly statement and Lead quality are in the menu.

Questions

How is the quality score made?
From the last 90 days of leads, by fixed rules: how many were valid, unique, reached and closed, as a score from 0 to 100, and only from 5 leads. The partner sees its own score, but not your close rate or response times.
A record says This lead may be invalid. Who decided that?
Fixed rules, not AI: a name with no letters or that looks like a test, a throwaway email address, a phone that is too short or repeats one digit, or a phone that belongs to another contact. It only warns; The lead is fine dismisses it.
How long does a partner stay signed in?
Four hours, and there is no password. A revoked person or a suspended partner is out on the next click; a suspended partner's leads still arrive and count.
