Payments, subscriptions and Masav on the record

A Money panel on every contact and deal keeps payments and subscriptions in one ledger. Workspaces that trade in Israel also send payment links, charge a saved card through SUMIT, issue invoices and run Masav collections.

Steps

  1. Check the market under Settings → Market: Automatic (Israel when the workspace time zone is Jerusalem), Israel or International. Changing it deletes nothing.
  2. Israel: connect a provider. SUMIT is connected under Settings → Stores; Green Invoice and iCount under Settings → Connections → Payments and invoicing. The details are checked with the provider, stored sealed and never shown again.
  3. On a contact or a deal, open Money: Send a payment link (it is shown, never sent: copy it or open an email or WhatsApp), Charge the saved card (two steps), Start a subscription, Record a payment, or issue a tax invoice and receipt.
  4. Masav: add a mandate on the contact (bank account and payer's ID number, stored sealed and shown masked), then open Masav collections, create the month's batch, download the file, mark it as sent to the bank, record any returns and close the batch.
  5. Automations can start on a payment received or failed and on a subscription that starts, is cancelled or falls behind. Their steps prepare a payment link or a subscription offer as a task for a person; nothing in an automation charges.

Questions

What does Brand My Inbox show?
The money panel on contacts and deals, read only: payments, subscriptions, accepted quotes and masked bank details. Payment links, charges, subscriptions, invoices and Masav are done in EmailPro for now.
What does a workspace outside Israel see?
The Money panel and its ledger: record a payment by hand and keep subscriptions collected by hand, with a reminder task each period. Payment links, card charges, invoices, Masav and the Israeli field types are not shown, and the server refuses them. The market belongs to the workspace, not to the language you read in, so an English screen in Tel Aviv has all of it.
Can a card be charged twice?
No. Every money action carries its own key, so a double click charges once. If the provider does not answer, the payment shows Checking with the provider and is matched against SUMIT's own records; a charge is never retried. Green Invoice and iCount links are marked as paid by hand.
What happens when a subscription payment fails?
It shows Payment failed and the contact's owner gets one task. Draft a reminder writes a message with AI for you to read, change and send yourself; nothing is sent by itself.
Is the Masav file in the bank's own format?
Not yet. Download the file gives a CSV with the full account numbers that your bank or accounting software can import, and each download is recorded in the audit log.
Who can move money?
By default owners and admins: they charge, issue documents, run Masav and can show a full account number, which writes an audit entry without the number. Other roles see the ledger.
