Processes, saved views as tabs, and a board by any field

Run onboarding, enrolment or renewal as processes beside your sales, see every open track at the top of a contact, save filters as tabs with live counts, and group a board by any list field.

Steps

  1. Deals → Board → New pipeline, and choose Process (no amounts). A process shows no money on any screen, stays out of the sales numbers and the forecast, and is never the default pipeline.
  2. On a contact, the Processes and deals strip shows one chip per open deal or process. Press a chip to move it to another stage (with Undo) or to open it; + Start a process starts one in its first stage.
  3. Suggest the next stage proposes a move from what happened since the stage began, such as a reply or an accepted quote. The rules are free; the AI suggestion runs only when you ask. Nothing moves until you press Move.
  4. On Contacts, set filters or a board grouping and press + to save them as a view. Each view is a tab with a live count; tabs beyond six go under More, and the arrow keys move between tabs.
  5. Switch Show as to Board and choose Group by: lead stage, owner, or any list field you added (on deals: stage, owner or a deal list field). Drag a card, or use its menu, to change that field; Undo is offered.

Questions

Why can I not drag cards when the board is grouped by marketing status or source?
Those fields record history or consent, so the board shows them but does not change them.
How fresh are the counts on the tabs?
Up to 30 seconds old, and above 1,000 they show 1,000+. A member who sees only their own records sees only their own counts.
Does moving a process run automations?
Yes. Moving a process to another stage is a stage change, so automations set on that pipeline run.
Is this in Brand My Inbox too?
Yes. The same strip on contacts, view tabs and board. Your AI assistant (MCP) can also read the processes on a contact, start one, propose the next stage (it never moves one by itself), list the views with their counts and read the board, with your role and the records you may see.
