Your work in your own calendar: a private feed, or two-way sync

Two ways to see your meetings, deadlines, milestones and tasks in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. A private feed address needs no account and updates by itself. Two-way sync puts a separate Brand My Inbox calendar in your Google or Outlook account and brings back what you move or delete there.

Steps

  1. Open Booking, then My calendar. Under My calendar feed press Make my calendar address, copy it, and in your calendar app choose Add calendar, then From URL (or Subscribe).
  2. Choose whether tasks arrive as calendar entries (shown everywhere) or as to-dos (Apple Reminders, Thunderbird).
  3. The address is shown once. If you lose it, press Replace the address: the old one stops at once. Stop the address turns it off.
  4. For two-way sync, connect Google Calendar on the People tab (or Outlook on My calendar), then switch Two-way sync on. A Brand My Inbox calendar appears in your account with your work in it.
  5. Move a meeting there and it is rescheduled here, and the invitee is told. Delete it there and it is cancelled. Move a task or a milestone there and it takes the new day.

Questions

Does the sync read my private appointments?
No. With Google we ask only for free and busy times and for the calendar this app creates, so we never see the titles or guests of anything else. With Outlook we read free and busy times and only touch the Brand My Inbox calendar we made.
What does a client see in their feed?
In the client portal, a client subscribes from Tasks with Subscribe to my calendar feed. Their feed carries only what the portal already shows them: their shared tasks, the milestones you shared and the project end dates, never anything internal.
What happens if I delete a task's entry in my calendar?
The task stays here and simply leaves your calendar. A project's end date is changed in the project only, so moving it in a calendar puts it back.
How current is it?
Two-way sync picks up a change within minutes, and checks again every quarter of an hour even if a notification is lost. Calendar apps read a feed on their own schedule, usually every few hours.
Can an AI assistant see my feed address?
No. On the EmailPro MCP, calendar_feed_info and calendar_connections_status report state only. No tool makes, shows or replaces an address, connects a calendar or switches sync on.
