Steps

1. Open a contact. The history shows newest first, grouped by day; a conversation is one item you expand.
2. Filter by channel, type, direction or date, or search inside the history.
3. Read the stored AI summary of the relationship. Reopening a record that has not changed costs no credits.
4. Reply from the record where the channel allows; sending still goes through consent and approvals.

Questions

A chat started anonymously. Will it reach the right person?

Once the visitor types an email or phone that matches exactly one contact, the chat is linked to that contact.
